If you looked in your “law for dummies” book, you’d notice that sionmc pays for the bandwidth used each time own of the images he INDEED owns is displayed on one’s computer.

The crime committed by storace is stealing his bandwidth by directly linking one of his images on his site, so he does not have to pay the bandwidth he uses while displaying the picture on his site.

As I can remember from life, theft IS a crime. Stealing something one has paid for IS a crime.

Using people’s images for free by the government and not caring about personal property seems a bit left-wingy to me, are you certain of your political appartenance senior Storace ?
